Oud Noora collects only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and order history. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Payment details are processed by our secure payment provider and never reach our own systems. Your delivery details are shared with our courier for the sole purpose of getting your order to you.

You may ask us at any time to send you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to care@oudnoora.com and we will respond within 30 days.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the details you provide are accurate. All prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Oud is a natural material. Colour, resin content and aroma vary from piece to piece, and photographs are representative rather than identical. This natural variation is part of the product and is not a defect.

All text, photography and design on this site belong to Oud Noora and may not be reproduced without written permission. An order is accepted only once we confirm it; we may decline an order where stock, pricing or delivery cannot be honoured.

For hygiene reasons, oud oils, oud wood and luban resin are not returnable or exchangeable. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched.

The single exception is an order that arrives damaged. Send us a photograph through the contact form on our client care page or on WhatsApp, and we will dispatch the same product to you again at no cost.

Shipping within the UAE is AED 25 per order and dispatched within 24 hours; shipping across the GCC is AED 100 per order. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We use a small number of cookies to keep your shopping bag, remember your language choice and complete checkout securely. These are essential to the site working.

We also measure anonymous, aggregated traffic so we know which pages are useful. No advertising profiles are built and no data is sold.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the bag and checkout from working.
