United Arab Emirates
A flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies to every order within the UAE. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed and arrive with a tracked courier.
GCC
Shipping to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman is AED 100 per order. Any duties or local taxes, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.

A tracking link is sent to you the moment your parcel leaves the house, so you can follow its journey until it reaches your door.
Returns Policy
All sales are final
For hygiene reasons, oud oils, oud wood and luban resin cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our house. Please choose your size with care.
Why we cannot accept returns
These are natural, intimate products that absorb the air around them. Once a parcel is opened we can no longer guarantee its purity for anyone else, so it is never resold.
If your order arrives damaged
This is the one exception. Send us a photograph straight away through the form on this page or on WhatsApp, and we will send you the very same product again at no cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know the oud is authentic?+
Every lot is selected by hand at origin and arrives with a certificate of authenticity naming its grade and source. We sell only natural agarwood and pure distilled oud oil — never synthetic reconstructions.
What is a tola?+
A tola is the traditional Arabian unit for oud, equal to roughly 11.7 grams. Oud wood is offered in 1, 3 and 5 tola; oud oils in a quarter, a half and one full tola. Larger sizes carry a lower price per tola.
How should I burn oud wood and luban?+
Place a small piece on a lit charcoal disc or an electric burner set to low heat. Oud should smoulder rather than burn; luban resin melts slowly and perfumes a room from only a few tears.
How should I store my purchase?+
Keep oud oils upright in a cool, dark place away from sunlight; they improve with age. Store oud wood and luban resin in a sealed container so the aroma is not lost.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Checkout accepts major debit and credit cards as well as the express wallets available on your device. Payment is taken securely and we never store your card details.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the house, and you can follow it at any time from your order confirmation email.
